Responsibilities

• Source and research potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Use AI to support research, sourcing, outreach, and problem-solving.
• Communicate with candidates via email, text, and phone.
• Maintain candidate information in recruiting systems.
• Learn tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Recruiterflow, Seamless.AI, and ZipRecruiter.
• Support multiple client recruiting projects.
• Help test new AI and recruiting tools.
• Find creative solutions when traditional recruiting methods aren't working.
