Job summary

DrFirst is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern role for a 10-week, full-time internship that is 100% remote within the United States. You will source passive candidates, draft outreach, summarize resumes, and build automation workflows with Claude and other AI tools.

You will partner with an experienced recruiter to coordinate interviews across engineering, product, and clinical teams. The program runs June 1, 2026 through August 7, 2026, at 40 hours per week, with mentorship from a Principal

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, communications, CS, IS, or related field.
Eligible for Summer 2026 internship; rising junior/senior or recent graduate.
Strong interest in recruitment and healthcare tech; comfortable with AI tools.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

AI-powered sourcing and outreach across platforms; draft personalized messages.
Resume screening and candidate evaluation; prepare concise summaries for hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews; ensure timely, clear candidate communication.
Lead or co-lead automation projects; build Claude prompt library and optimize workflows.
