Job summary

AltexSoft is expanding its Architecture Competence Center with a senior Solutions Architect who will shape AI-agent-driven development pipelines and presales motions. The role requires deep experience in SDLC re-architecture, client-facing storytelling, and designing scalable, secure backends across cloud-native architectures.

You will lead architectural reviews, mentor engineers, and guide delivery teams through agentic workflows while continuously evaluating emerging methodologies and tooling

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in software projects and 3+ years in architecture/presales.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development workflows (Claude Code, BMAD, SDD, GSD).
• Ability to re-architect SDLC for agentic execution and define QA gates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in presales and discovery to define technical solutions with effort estimates.
• Design development processes around AI agents and review checkpoints.
• Choose tech stacks and tooling based on project needs and risk tolerance.
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems across domains (Travel Tech focus).
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and clients to align scope, timeline, and cost.
