Libra Solutions is seeking a Manager, AI-Native Software Engineering to lead and grow an engineering team delivering AI-enabled platforms from a Denver/Huntersville/Rosemont/Las Vegasbase. The role partners with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to ship high-quality software at scale.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on technical depth with strong people leadership, specializing in Microsoft/Azure stack, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on background in C# / ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL, and React or Angular.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment on Azure.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders in Agile.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Azure OpenAI) and AI-native practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software engineering team across experience levels; mentor and develop talent.
• Own delivery commitments: features, bugs, and investments; ensure quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization with Product.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies to enable team execution.
• Monitor velocity, delivery health, and improve processes within an AI-enabled pod model.
• Engage in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Promote engineering standards and prompt engineering practices for AI tooling.
