Job summary

Libra Solutions, LP is seeking a Manager, AI-Native Software Engineering to lead a team of engineers building platforms powering MoveDocs products. The role combines people leadership with technical oversight, delivering high-quality software and scaling AI-native capabilities within an agentic delivery model.

The ideal candidate brings deep Microsoft/Azure stack experience, proven leadership, and hands-on expertise in C# / ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server, and modern front-ends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong hands‑on background in C# / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and React or Angular.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers across all experience levels.
• Own delivery commitments for features, bug fixes, and technical investments; ensure timeliness and quality.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization with Product and stakeholders.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure the team has what it needs to execute.
• Drive AI-native engineering practices and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.
