• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments.
  
• Ability to combine technical depth with strategic thinking, ensuring efficient delivery and platform optimization.
  
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  
• Proven experience in driving technical delivery while being hands‑on when needed.
