The position emphasizes delivering business impact through outcomes, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product, design, and leadership in a HIPAA/SOC2-aware environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership of engineering teams.
• Hands-on AI-native development experience with agentic systems or AI-first architectures.
• Proven track record delivering multi-team, multi-pod engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native development and guide teams building AI-first software products.
• Own four AI pods end to end, managing execution, delivery, quality and velocity.
• Shape architecture across React.js/TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redshift, ensuring scalability and security.
