Lighthouse is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a team of Account Executives in Mexico City, with a remote-enabled, full-time role. You will lead development, discipline, and quota attainment, powered by AI, and drive MEDDPICC adherence across the sales cycle.

Your coaching-first approach and data-driven mindset will shape how reps perform in discovery, qualification, and objection handling, ensuring consistent high performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives, owning development, discipline, pipeline health and quota attainment.
• Be a coaching-first leader powered by AI, arriving at 1:1s with diagnosis and clear actions.
• Set and enforce MEDDPICC completeness, use AI forecasting signals to support decisions.
• Drive weekly MOM planning, pipeline reviews, and performance improvement plans.
