Lighthouse seeks a dynamic Sales Team Leader to coach Account Executives, drive pipeline health, and ensure quota attainment using AI-powered tools. You will set the cadence for weekly planning, MEDDPICC compliance, and forecasting discipline across a globally distributed team.

You are an AI-native leader who mentors reps, identifies patterns in discovery and qualification, and elevates performance through targeted practice and simulations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in coaching sales teams to improve performance.
• Experience leading AI-enabled sales processes and coaching agents.
• Strong ability to read CRM data and translate it into development actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives; own development, discipline, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
• Coach in 1:1s using call intelligence and MEDDPICC data; avoid blank agendas.
• Promote AI adoption across workflows; model best practices as an AI leader.
• Set weekly cadence for MOM planning and pipeline reviews with MEDDPICC focus.
• Drive forecast integrity and timely risk mitigation with leadership.
