Job summary

Lighthouse Io is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a dynamic US market. This hunter role requires building a robust pipeline, meeting quota, and leveraging an AI-enabled revenue stack to sharpen discovery and closing.

You’ll operate in a hybrid environment with a flexible, high-growth hospitality AI platform. You’ll join a global team selling to hoteliers, using MEDDPICC and value-based ROI conversations to win.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a closing sales role, SaaS experience is required.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve; seek feedback on calls and pipeline.
• Treat AI tools as core to selling motion and leverage them.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus; bring discipline to deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close; hunter with quota and pipeline ownership.
• Hunt and build a meaningful pipeline through outbound efforts and events.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify and progress opportunities; leverage AI to prep and position.
• Drive value-based conversations and close deals, expanding within accounts.
