Jobgether is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead QA across a multi-tenant SaaS platform in a regulated healthcare context. You will drive AI-driven testing, scale automation, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating distributed teams across time zones.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, DevOps, and Compliance to deliver high-quality software for multiple product launches and continuous updates.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of QA experience.
• 5+ years of management at Director level or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/Life sciences incl HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience building/leading QA for multi-tenant SaaS.
• Experience introducing AI-assisted testing in an org.
• Hands-on AI tooling across the SDLC incl AI-assisted test generation.
• Strong Playwright expertise at scale in CI pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and distributed teams.
• US-based candidates preferred; role is remote with some travel.

• Define and execute AI-driven quality strategy across the SDLC.
• Scale QA capacity to match accelerated development output.
• Lead modern test automation with Playwright and AI tooling.
• Oversee QA function, ensuring platform stability and compliance.
• Maintain QA processes and evidence for HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2, GDPR.
• Establish review/traceability for AI-generated test assets.
• Partner with Security/DevOps for secure testing pipelines.
• Manage distributed in-house and vendor QA teams.
• Deliver strategic QA roadmaps and release readiness criteria.
• Mentor QA leaders and engineers in AI-driven testing.
