Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agency production, project management, or multi-client environments.
• Experience coordinating creative teams, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and client deliverables.
• Experience managing projects with multiple deadlines, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with creative, media, advertising, video, or digital marketing workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client projects from approved scope through production, delivery, and closeout.
• Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, assets, and deadlines.
• Maintain visibility into active production and upcoming projects; identify risks.
• Follow up on missing information, client approvals, assets, specifications, and deliverables.
• Elevate issues early for leadership input when needed.
• Coordinate handoffs between strategy, creative, media, and outside production partners.
• Ensure vendors receive briefs, specs, and materials; manage versioning.
