Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Manager of Internal Product Analytics (IPA) to directly lead a team of data analysts and partner with the Product and PM organizations. You will shape how the team delivers analysis, create AI-powered analytics, and ensure fast, trusted insights for leadership.

You will work across Finance, Data Platform, Engineering, and Revenue to source data, define measurements, and present findings to VP+ level leadership, driving impactful decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or a related field with 2+ years leading a team.
• Proven ability to partner with PMs and cross-functional partners to drive decisions.
• Fluent in SQL and comfortable with a modern data warehouse and BI tooling.
• Hands-on experience building AI-first analytics and AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide and grow the Internal Product Analytics team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality output.
• Partner with the PM org to frame questions and deliver actionable analyses.
• Own recurring analytics for business reviews, feature analysis, and adoption/pricing tracking.
• Build AI-first analytics workflows and agents to scale analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Platform, Engineering, and Revenue to align data and definitions.
• Turn data into decisions for leadership with clear, actionable insights.
