Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, media, or enterprise transformation.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial impact assessment.
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process optimization.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts and their business applications.
• Experience analyzing enterprise systems, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify, validate, and prioritize business use cases.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand procurement operations, workflows, and goals.
• Analyze current and future-state processes; identify gaps and impacts.
• Document requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Evaluate AI and agentic workflow opportunities across procurement and media.
• Perform data flow analyses and technology landscape reviews.
• Conduct financial impact assessments and KPI definitions.
• Create process maps and executive-ready documentation.
• Support backlog refinement and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams for successful delivery.
