Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, Transformation, or Process Excellence experience.
• Deep expertise in procurement operations and business processes; media industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Exceptional facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate executive workshops and discovery sessions for stakeholders.
• Drive discussions to uncover business needs, prioritize opportunities, and define success criteria.
• Guide conversations on AI and agentic workflows to assess impact and adoption.
• Structure agendas and materials to maximize workshop outcomes.
• Keep discussions on track and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Elicit feedback from diverse groups and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze procurement, media, and operations to find efficiency and automation opportunities.
• Define requirements, future-state workflows, and transformation roadmaps.
• Evaluate financial impact, business value, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Produce executive-ready presentations and summaries.
