15+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software or services.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Experience setting architecture vision and strategy for a group of teams.
Experience driving architectural decisions through full lifecycle with measurable impact.
Experience helping teams apply AI thoughtfully in product and engineering workflow decisions.
Experience in developing highly available services at scale.
Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication with leaders and executives.
