• 15+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software or services.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.

• Experience driving architectural decisions through full lifecycle with measurable impact.
• Experience helping teams apply AI thoughtfully in product and engineering workflow decisions.
• Experience in developing highly available services at scale.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication with leaders and executives.
