EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a technology-focused ML/AI Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales activity while overseeing delivery of ML and AI programs.

This role bridges strategic business goals with cutting-edge technical execution and leads engagements from sales through delivery in close partnership with EPAM teams. Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in Delivery Management or Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience as Technical Consultant with pre-sales and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Proven SME in ML/AI with large-scale projects.
• Deep hands-on GCP experience and architectural expertise.
• Experience implementing on major cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Experience managing technical engagements: design, RFPs, MVP delivery.
• Background in Software Engineering/Enterprise Architecture balancing pre-sales and delivery.
• Active GCP certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ML and AI projects with quality and timeliness.
• Lead data delivery programs, governance and discovery phases.
• Drive ML/AI initiatives using GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
• Create architecture visions and roadmaps aligned to business direction.
• Define requirements with customers and product management.
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and strategy.
• Lead architecture team to deliver cost-efficient solutions.
• Drive pre-sales: client demos, architectural proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for GenAI strategy.
• Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
