Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Direct ownership of substantial consulting workstreams, analyses, and client-facing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work.

Responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting environments containing client context, data and requirements.
• Design multi-step tasks involving business analysis, strategy and executive recommendations.
• Use AI agents to develop analyses, presentations and supporting deliverables.
