Job summary

Technosylva seeks an IT Systems & Operations Engineer to drive hands-on engineering and AI initiatives from Spain. You will split time between AI projects, SaaS administration, and day-to-day IT operations, including onboarding, endpoint support, and escalation coverage for a second Spain-based engineer.

You will collaborate with a global IT team and US colleagues, building AI workflows and supporting integrations while aligning with security and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on IT teams at technology companies with systems engineering and IT operations.
• Strong administrative knowledge of common workplace SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness projects and build AI agents for company-wide workflows.
• Configure and administer core SaaS tools across IT and other functions.
• Support migrations and integrations (Office 365 to Google Workspace, Confluence to Notion).
• Maintain directory services and data syncs across systems.
• Assist SSO, IAM and RBAC implementations.
• Coordinate with GRC/Security teams on compliant configurations.
• Document IT infrastructure for external MSP and internal support.
• Provide IT support across Spain and EMEA, with US overlap.
• Manage device provisioning, MDM, and hardware lifecycle.
• Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and access reviews.
• Serve as backup for the Spain-based IT engineer during PTO/outages.
