Truelogic seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, redesign workflows, and drive AI-powered proofs of concept that demonstrate ROI. The role blends management consulting with hands-on technical delivery to accelerate technology adoption across enterprise engagements.

You will map current processes, design operating models, and build functional prototypes that prove value and guide client decisions. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS or professional services.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes with the ability to ship working solutions.
• Ability to scope and deliver a working proof of concept within a client engagement.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders with structured, evidence-based arguments.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
• Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and clearer decision rights.
• Design operating models including org structure, roles, governance and cross-functional models.
• Establish baselines and measurement frameworks to track ongoing improvement.
• Identify value gaps where tech deployment outpaces adoption to restore ROI.
• Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code tools.
• Use demos and prototypes to align stakeholders within client processes.
• Advise clients on where AI adds value vs distraction and set realistic expectations.
• Support rollout of new tools and workflows with change management.
• Create enablement materials linking tech implementations to the operating model.
• Assist with scoping engagements and diagnosing value capture and adoption readiness.
• Contribute reusable frameworks to continuously improve practice scoping.
