Job summary

P-1 AI Inc. is building an AI engineer agent for the physical world. We are seeking a Full Stack SWE who owns architecture, backend, frontend, deployment, and reliability, delivering features that connect frontier AI with demanding technical users.

You will collaborate with forward deployed engineers, AI researchers, fellow SWE's, and founders to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new product concepts, shipping continuously and refining the product based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience across architecture, backend, frontend, and deployment.
• Take features from concept through production with clear engineering decisions.
• Pride in the product and code quality, with a bias toward speed and iteration.
• Evidence of talent via projects, open-source work or personal builds.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ownership-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Build the core product platform for Archie and customers.
• Own end-to-end features spanning architecture, backend, frontend, and reliability.
• Develop and adopt best practices for coding agents in the workflow.
• Collaborate with forward deployed engineers, AI researchers, SWE peers, and founders.
• Ship continuously and iterate on feedback from users.
