Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with GP clients, owning delivery end-to-end—from discovery to deployment and ongoing operation. You’ll be in the room with the client, not in a ticket queue, delivering AI-driven solutions that integrate with clients’ workflows.

This AI-first role blends product management and full-stack engineering. You’ll operate independently when needed, coordinate with platform and product teams, and measure success by adoption and impact,

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping production software end to end.
• Proven ownership for delivery and outcomes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into concrete requirements.
• Full-stack capability across data, services, UI, and infra.
• Experience deploying and operating apps on a major cloud provider.
• Direct experience with external clients or customers.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Work with GP clients to identify workflows where custom agents add leverage.
• Lead discovery, define requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria.
• Carry solutions through prototype, validation, hardening, deployment, and rollout.
