Job summary

Pyxl is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Intern to support a growing digital marketing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience running real campaigns across email, SMS, paid, and organic channels, applying an AI-first mindset to all tasks. You’ll work on high-impact projects that move metrics and build portfolio-worthy results.

You’ll collaborate with design and content teams, assist in omni-channel strategies, and learn from experienced marketers in a remote-first environment across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation).
• Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM, email marketing, or automation).
• Working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools for marketing tasks (copywriting, research, ideation).
• Understanding of omni-channel marketing principles — how email, paid, social, and organic channels work together across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and analyze email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and A/B tests.
• Support CRM management and lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot, including contact management, deal tracking, and marketing automation.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign briefs, audience research, and performance reporting.
• Assist in executing omni-channel marketing strategies across email, social, paid media, SEO, and on-site merchandising.
• Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and compile regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop on-brand assets for promotions and launches.
• Support product page optimization, promotional calendar planning, and seasonal campaign execution.
• Research competitor strategies and emerging ecommerce trends to inform campaign decisions.
