Job summary

Pyxl is a growth agency seeking a revenue-facing operator who builds the system that fills the pipeline, creates content, and runs AI tools at scale. This is a remote-friendly, full-time role with quarterly in-person Nashville gatherings.

You will own the engine behind Pyxl’s $10M growth plan and report directly to the President. You will lead HubSpot and Klaviyo partnerships, manage content production, and optimize outbound systems and geographic expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an agency, martech, or HubSpot/Klaviyo partner environment.
• Hands-on operator who can build pipeline and content system.
• Ability to write clear briefs and work with AI tools.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Shopify ecosystems.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the HubSpot and Klaviyo partner channels and drive lead flow.
• Define ICP, messaging, sequences, and qualification criteria for outbound.
• Oversee Content production, AI operations, and platform profiles.
• Manage Claude Projects and review outputs for client-ready content.
• Publish weekly metrics and monthly referrals readiness.
• Coordinate geographic expansion pages and city-level content.
