Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Program Manager for Care Operations to execute and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs. You will translate protocols into workflows, drive cross-functional execution across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery Operations, and create structure where ownership is evolving.

Applicants should have 4–8 years in healthcare operations or related fields, strong documentation skills, and experience with care management platforms or AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or adjacent field.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Strong process documentation and SOP development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to go-live tracking and post-launch iteration.
• Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Operations to keep programs on track and close gaps.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status for active care contracts and attributed populations.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and align priorities.
• Translate clinical protocols and product capabilities into actionable workflows for the Care Delivery team.
