Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Program Manager to scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs. You will translate protocols into workflows and drive cross-functional execution across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery Operations.

Reporting to the Director of Program Operations & Infrastructure, you will build SOPs, document workflows, and manage timelines. This remote role supports ET/CT hours and requires authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations or program management.
• Value-based care or population health experience preferred.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
• Strong documentation skills with SOPs and playbooks.
• Experience with care management platforms or AI-enabled tools in healthcare.
• Analytical and data-driven decision maker.
• Clear, direct communicator focused on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to go-live tracking and post-launch iteration.
• Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Operations to keep programs on track and resolve blockers.
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status for active contracts and attributed populations.
• Be a consistent point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and keep priorities aligned.
• Translate clinical protocols into operational workflows and maintain SOPs/playbooks for reliability.
• Identify workflow gaps and close gaps with process improvements and tooling changes.
• Partner with the Associate Director, Care Management on workflow docs and iteration.
