Job summary

Chamber Cardio is seeking a Program Manager to scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs. You will translate protocols into workflows, drive cross-functional execution across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery Operations, and ensure programs run reliably today and improve over time.

Reporting to the Director of Program Operations & Infrastructure, you will move work forward in ambiguous situations, build SOPs, and own documentation to support scalable care for patients.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations or program management.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive work forward.
• Strong process documentation skills with usable SOPs and playbooks.
• Experience with care management platforms or AI-enabled tools in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to go-live.
• Translate clinical protocols into actionable operational workflows for the team.
• Support configuration, testing, and rollout of AI-enabled tools in care workflows.
• Build relationships across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery to coordinate work.
