Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience architecting scalable platforms.
• 7+ years defining architecture strategy across digital platforms and data ecosystems.
• 5+ years in healthcare technology ecosystems or regulatory constraints.
• 5+ years driving architectural vision across cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years with cloud platforms and data integration tools.
• 3+ years driving data and reporting solutions.
• 2+ years designing autonomous workflows.
• 2+ years architecting portals, APIs, Chat in cloud hosting.
• 1+ years AI/ML concepts including responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy for Portal, Chat, Voice, and Data platforms with AI/ML adoption.
• Define target-state architecture and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
• Drive reuse of enterprise capabilities, APIs, data assets, and AI services.
• Apply AI-aware design to improve tradeoffs and guide teams.
• Use AI tools for API review, dependency analysis, and documentation.
• Lead design reviews and foster a culture of simplification and responsible innovation.
• Ensure production readiness with observability, security, and resiliency practices.
• Own data strategy and reporting architecture enabling trusted insights.
• Design data governance for secure, compliant analytics and applications.
• Lead analytics enablement and dashboards to support business priorities.
• Influence standards adoption and reduce technical debt through reuse.
• Mentor teams on architecture and responsible AI patterns.
