Job summary

Cordis is seeking an Applications Developer II - AI & Automation to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and automations across the enterprise. You will work with Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, integrating APIs and low-code tools to streamline processes and improve decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, workflow automation, or systems integration.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled applications and automations.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Airtable, Power Platform, APIs, and connectors.
• Create AI-assisted workflows and agents for approved business use cases.
• Evaluate processes and improve efficiency, data quality, and decision making with AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and data privacy across solutions.
• Document designs, configurations, and testing evidence; provide production support.
