Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in organizational development, education, nursing, instructional design, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in project management, change management, healthcare technology, or related work.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Knowledge of change management, adult learning theories, and workforce adoption principles.
• Ability to use data, feedback, and performance measures to evaluate adoption and inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce readiness, enablement, and adoption strategies for digital and AI-enabled tools and workflows across diverse populations.
• Design and oversee education programs including live learning, e-learning, simulations, and job aids.
• Apply change management, adult learning, and adoption principles to different audiences and workflows.
• Partner with HR, clinical education, operations, and IT to integrate digital capabilities into existing infrastructure.
• Establish and monitor measures of readiness, competency, utilization, and adoption; analyze results and address gaps.
• Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop governance, executive reporting, risk management, and success measures for programs.
• Synthesize feedback and performance data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
