Job summary

Zoom seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to lead the deployment of next-generation Virtual Agents powered by LLMs and agentic frameworks. You will partner with strategic customers to translate complex business goals into automated voice and chat experiences that resolve issues faster and more naturally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role focused on AI/ML or technical SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM solutions using agentic frameworks.
• Deep expertise in voice stacks and TTS integration with prompt engineering for prosody.
• Strong Python development for prototyping, APIs, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-step conversational workflows with agentic frameworks.
• Fine-tune LLMs for low latency and reduced hallucinations in real-time voice.
• Build and deploy full-stack Python/JS solutions linking decision-making to back-end systems.
• Craft prompts with chain-of-thought and few-shot techniques to guide flow and tool use.
• Engineer TTS components to match tone, pacing, and brand standards; monitor performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize TTS output for quality and latency.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and exec teams as an embedded technical expert.
• Own end-to-end production deployments with ongoing optimization using live data.
• Translate field challenges into actionable input for Core Engineering and Product.
