Job summary

neurohire.ai is looking for a recent graduate to join our Deployment & Implementation Support team in the United States. You will assist deploying AI and platform solutions, help integrate with client systems, and perform testing to ensure environment readiness.

You’ll work with senior FDEs during customer sessions, configure prompts, manage basic AI tool integrations, and contribute to runbooks and training materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 minimum.
• 0–2 years in software engineering or implementation roles.
• Internship or relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in customer-facing engineering and applied technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and configuring AI and platform solutions within customer environments.
• Support integration with client systems, data sources, and workflows.
• Perform testing, validation, and environment readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot implementation and integration issues under guidance.
• Support integration of LLM-based applications and AI agents; prompt configuration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search.
• Work with senior FDEs during customer discovery, implementation sessions, and workshops.
• Communicate technical findings and progress to internal teams; create docs, runbooks, and training materials.
• Capture implementation learnings and provide feedback to product/engineering teams.
