Koniag Emerging Technologies (KET) is seeking an experienced AI Data Scientist with a Secret clearance to support KET and our government customer. The role is remote, but DC metro area is preferred.

Responsibilities include designing systems to track usage across 15+ enterprise apps, developing predictive models, and creating executive-level dashboards and reports for leadership. Collaboration with IT and stakeholders to meet data needs while ensuring compliant data handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of data science or analytics experience.
• Experience tracking usage statistics across multiple software/web apps.
• Experience introducing AI/ML tools in analytics environments.
• Experience creating executive-level reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design systems to track usage statistics across 15+ enterprise web apps.
• Analyze usage data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Research and adopt AI/ML tools to enhance data analytics processes.
• Develop predictive models and analytics frameworks for usage forecasting.
• Create executive reports and dashboards summarizing key metrics.
• Collaborate with owners, IT, and stakeholders to define data needs.
• Design data pipelines for accurate and timely usage data collection.
• Translate findings into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership regularly.
• Stay current with AI/ML technologies and propose improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with policies.
• Document methodologies and models for reproducibility.
