Job summary

Koniag Emerging Technologies, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Senior .NET Developer with a Secret clearance to support its government contract in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day onsite per week in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include leading design, development, and maintenance of .NET/Angular applications, integrating with PeopleSoft HR data, and advancing AI-assisted features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 6+ years in .NET development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and Web API.
• Experience designing enterprise Web APIs secured with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL (ODP.NET/EF with Oracle).
• Experience implementing AI features and using AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance and troubleshoot applications across the full stack: .NET Framework, Web API, Angular, Oracle.
• Develop and maintain enterprise Web APIs for HR/classification applications.
• Integrate with PeopleSoft HR data and data hierarchies.
• Maintain automated tests (Playwright) and technical documentation.
• Prepare implementation guides and technical documentation.
• Maintain Duende IdentityServer host, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect.
• Design and build AI-assisted applications in .NET for position descriptions and classification.
