Koniag Government Services is seeking a Data Scientist to design, deploy, and refine advanced data science and ML solutions for our IT Call Center serving government clients. You will build predictive analytics, NLP insights, and model deployments in a remote, collaborative environment.

Work with AWS practitioners and stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence, validate models, and ensure compliance with federal security and privacy requirements while driving operational improvements and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years designing and deploying ML models in a structured environment.
• Proficiency with Python, NLP, and cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of ML solutions addressing IT Call Center ops.
• Design NLP and text analytics for transcripts, tickets, chats, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Collaborate with AWS practitioners and stakeholders on data science opportunities.
• Translate model outputs into actionable insights for leadership.
