Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off with precise written feedback.

This remote opportunity pays up to $15 per hour with weekly payments and free access to leading AI tools. Applicants from multiple countries including the United States are invited to apply and contribute to frontier AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in for accuracy.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible, remote schedule.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural and useful each interaction sounds and follow the prompt.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Write clear, evidence-based explanations of findings in English.
