• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing detailed explanations in English.
