Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain discrepancies in writing to help improve AI behavior.

The role is a 1099 freelance opportunity, fully remote with payment weekly. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, and rates vary by expertise and project needs. Strong English and sharp attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Fluent English with strong written communication.
Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
Able to explain judgments clearly in writing.
Willingness to think on your feet in realistic scenarios.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts and judge adherence.
Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, or misalignment.
Provide written explanations detailing what was observed and why.
