Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate how well images and videos follow prompts, and write clear explanations of observed issues.

These freelance reviews contribute to Outlier's evaluation loop, helping frontier AI systems improve in real-world usage. Earn up to $15 per hour with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Able to discuss realistic scenarios in a natural way with users.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and assess naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written explanations of findings.
• Communicating results clearly to help improve AI systems.
