Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented evaluators to quietly review AI-generated media from home. You’ll conduct live English conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looks off or misleads the prompt. Your work helps improve AI reasoning and real-world performance.

The role is remote with flexible hours and weekly payment. Prior writing experience and a Bachelor’s degree are valued, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better followed the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English.
