Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote freelance opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and provide written explanations of what looked or sounded off. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and payments via multiple platforms.

You'll rate outputs, describe how well they follow prompts, and help improve AI systems by providing precise, evidence-based feedback. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
