Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each exchange sounds. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, judge which follows prompts better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot errors such as distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write explanations in English detailing observed issues.
