Qualifications

• 4+ years in software or data engineering with LLM-backed production apps.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and systematic testing.
• Professional English to run design conversations with North American stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build agents in Agentforce Agent Builder and define topics and boundaries.
• Ground agents in Data 360 and retrieval sources so answers are data-driven.
• Instrument agents for observability and analyze live transcripts for improvements.
