Job summary

Toloka AI is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and deliver data labeling pipelines, advise customers, and lead technical projects end-to-end. You will collaborate with customers and Toloka teams to build scalable AI data solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong Python/NLP skills, experience with ML workflows, and excellent English communication. This is a fully remote, freelance-friendly position with global clients and opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, ML/AI, Software Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience on technical projects with external customers.
• Proven experience owning projects end-to-end including scoping, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for customers across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end data solutions on Toloka’s platform, selecting components, workflows and quality controls.
• Own delivery outcomes including technical performance, quality, timelines, and cost.
