QAD | Redzone is seeking an AI Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of AI-powered products across regional CS teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers configure AI workflows, reflect their industry data schemas, and maximize platform value.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Solutions Engineers and Support. The position is remote with up to 25% regional travel.

Competenze

• 5+ years in customer-facing or operational roles (e.g., Customer Success, TA/Management Consulting, Operations).
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Exposure to enterprise AI/ML platforms, developer tools, or business process automation is a plus.
