Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI‑generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. Your insights help steer AI systems toward better real‑world performance.

Earn up to $15 per hour with weekly payments and additional incentives. This remote role accepts applicants from multiple countries and offers freedom to work from anywhere with no minimum

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misalignment, and describe them in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing a specific written explanation.
