Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15/hr with weekly payments; this is a 1099 freelance opportunity. Applicants from multiple countries may qualify, with additional incentives depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Able to work remotely on your own schedule.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
• Contributing to common tasks like image/video evaluations and precise captioning.
