Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, judge adherence to prompts, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, earning up to $15/hour with additional incentives and remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to reason through ambiguous inputs.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated image and video pairs and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, mismatches or artifacts.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was observed.
