Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what went wrong, helping improve AI systems.

Participation is 1099 contract work with weekly pay. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements; up to $15 per hour with additional incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to explain situations clearly in a conversational way.
• Comfortable taking decisive action when one option has flaws.
• Applicants from multiple countries including the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear they sound.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, artifacts, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
