Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their own home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on a flexible schedule and remotely.

The role includes ranking outputs, writing concise explanations, and ensuring alignment with prompts. Pay is hourly, with weekly payouts and additional incentives, and permission to access popular LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making quick, well-reasoned decisions in realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess prompt adherence and quality.
• Writing specific explanations in English describing observed issues.
